Front Porch Classics - Games

Today owned by University Games, Front Porch Classics was a bold experiment launched in 2000 by three Seattle entrepreneurs, Mark Jacobsen, Mark Pattison, and Steve Edmiston. The company bucked the trend to tech by creating retro, nostalgic, coffee table games. Games so attractive you might keep them out and play them more. Family games.

Steve Edmiston is credited as creator of classic “coffee table games” including Family Fun Toy of the Year winner Dread Pirate, and other multi-award winning games including Raceway 57, Stretch Run, and a tie-in to the 20th Century Fox release, Master & Commander. For Discovery Bay Games, Steve and his colleague Tom Phillips created Barista, Potions, and Martini.
